VISONS OF TEENHOOD

I believe that most of the directors and the screenplay writers and authors accurately depicted the teenage experience. Holden Caulfield is a great demeonstration of a troubled teen, not a typical teen, but a troubled one. I think Jim Stark is a more typical teenager. He has issues with peer pressure, identity, friends, and family issues as well. They both demonstrate teens vwell, but two completely different teens.

I believe that the television show Boy Meets World demonstrates teenhood very well. Cory, one of the main characters, is a very accurate description of modern teenhood. He encounters problems with his friends, family, money, and school.
